The Bachmann Recruitment team has a combined wealth of many years of experience not only in the Marine Industry but in general recruitment and payroll. We are therefore able to offer support covering all aspects of the Marine Industry to both candidates and clients.

Through advertising, interviewing and selection services we are able to source quality temporary and permanent placements for deck, engineer, medical, hotel and catering officers and ratings including professional yacht crew.
Our clients can leave all the human resource management to us should they so wish to. This includes handling disciplinary, grievance and redundancy situations, as well as promotion, resignations and appraisal administration – the choice is down to the client. We are happy to work on specific tasks as required.
We can arrange all statutory training courses ensuring full compliance with STCW95. This includes the maintenance of all training records.
We can provide Payroll services via our association with a leading payroll services provider.
Flexibility is the keyword to our services with some of our client base enjoying a fully comprehensive service, with others still wishing to maintain certain tasks in-house whilst we handle just one aspect of their Personnel activity.
