We are proud to be currently recruiting for an international retail and food service operator with over 80 stores across four countries.

The nation's favourite coffee shop and the largest and fastest growing coffee shop chain in the UK requires a Store Manager.

Responsible to:            Multi-Site Operations Manager

Job Purpose

  • To take respon­sibility for the day to day operations 
  • To lead the store team in delivering exceptional operational visual and commercial standards within agreed budgets
  • Deliver great availability, excellent service and consistent high retail standards through excellent visual merchandising
  • To make sure that stock is displayed for purchase and that customers know what products and services are on offer
  • To make sure that customers can pay quickly and easily and leave the store feeling positive

  • Coach and develop team members, utilising the appropriate skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both with team members and head office personnel
