   Job Purpose


  • To take respon­sibility for the day to day operations 
  • To lead the store team in delivering exceptional operational visual and commercial standards within agreed budgets
  • Deliver great availability, excellent service and consistent high retail standards through excellent visual merchandising
  • To make sure that stock is displayed for purchase and that customers know what products and services are on offer
  • To make sure that customers can pay quickly and easily and leave the store feeling positive.

  • Coach and develop team members, utilising the appropriate skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both with team members and head office personnel
